You can find more information about this topic in this blog article: How to Find a Good Translator.

Translation transforms text, while localisation transforms the entire content from one language to another. Localisation covers both linguistic and cultural adaptation.

Translation is indeed part of localisation, but more work is required for content to become authentic, native-like and locally accepted. When localising your content, you should pay even more attention to the cultural nuances and other specifics of the market you’re targeting. That’s why our translators translate only into their native language.

Localisation is especially recommended for highly emotional content which includes marketing and website content and apps.

For more information read our article: “Translation vs. Localisation: what’s the difference?”.

There is no universal answer to this question, as it depends on:

  • language combination (e.g. English to Japanese translation is more expensive than Italian to Spanish translation);
  • type of text (e.g. the technical translation of  a white paper will cost more than a hotel website);
  • provided file format: non-editable files such as jpg, tif and png or scanned files require more work. More work is needed also for texts containing mark-up languages;
  • delivery deadline (a surcharge applies to urgent deliveries).

The translation costs are based on a per-word rate and we use tools to calculate the number of words. We will be happy to provide you with a free quote tailored to your needs!

As with the previous question, the timing may vary depending on several factors such as type of text and format, as well as our availability at the time.
However, we will find a way to accommodate you in order to provide you with a great, quick and cost-effective translation.

We accept:

  • Wire transfers in EUR, GBP or USD
  • PayPal and Payoneer for smaller projects under 500€
  • Payments in 30+ cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, LTC, CRO, LINK etc.)

For first-time clients, we usually request a 50% advance payment, with the rest due upon delivery of the project.

For regular clients, the payment is due 30 days after invoicing, and invoicing is usually done after completion of the project.

Of course! We have certain areas of specialisation, but we also gained experience in other industries such as: legal, electronics, real estate, astrology, furniture, automotive, medicine, fashion & beauty, transportation, tourism, web & IT.⠀
